Newborn Sleep Foundations PackageLaying a foundation of healthy sleep habits early on can help prevent future challenges that may require more effort to resolve. Cultivating good sleep habits is more manageable when your baby is young but it’s important to note that shaping the sleep habits of a newborn looks different from more formal sleep "coaching" methods that can be used when a baby is older. Newborn sleep is erratic and every day might look a little different. Our aim is to simply initiate the development of these healthy habits so that, with time and consistency, your baby becomes a great sleeper.

Sleep-Coaching PackageThis package is for babies 4 months and older. Sleep-coaching is guiding your baby toward developing the invaluable skill of falling asleep independently. To do so, we consider multiple elements simultaneously. This includes ensuring a safe sleep environment, creating an age-appropriate sleep schedule, and implementing a proper bedtime routine. Our customized sleep plan, through a detailed analysis, identifies specific needs and challenges. We then guide you through each element of the plan, ensuring a thorough understanding and correct implementation.

Navigating the vast sea of (mostly unhelpful) advice, I quickly noticed the lack of emphasis on sleep education.
